t quite Neapolitan style and not quite New York style, we've dubbed it Austin style. We use the highest quality ingredients we can find and usually that means right from our own backyard. Our sage is from our own garden and other ingredients from our friends: Springdale Farm, HausBar Farm, Austin Urban Gardens, Wheatsville, Central Market, Richardson Farms, Smith & Smith Farms, Full Quiver Farms, CKC Farms, Blackland Prairie Farm, Kitchen Pride Mushrooms, King Arthur Flour, Thunder Heart Bison, Con Olio and others...


Pizzas: served buffet style

Truffle Daisy
The Italian name Margherita translates to Daisy in English. Our Margherita style pizza is pure and simple with organic crushed tomato sauce, fresh mozzarella, black truffle oil and love.

Polka Dot
Our spin on the traditional white pie topped with mozzarella, parmesan, cherry tomatoes and Bola fried sage. This combination is light yet savory. Always excellent, exceptionally good when cherry tomatoes are in season.

GodFather
Ah, the GodFather. Meaty, smoky and rich. Italian hot fennel sausage and caramelized onion play off each other for a complex balance of sweet and heat with organic crushed tomato sauce and smoked mozzarella.

Garlic Two Times
Olive oil poached and crushed garlic cloves harmonize with lightly sweet Ricotta, fresh mozzarella, peppery arugula and a touch of spicy shaved garlic. The olive oil slightly fries the dough while cooking adding a nice toasty flavor.

Pep Star
Central Texas goat cheese dueling with cured Italian Pancetta and the bite of tangy Peppadew peppers. Organic crushed tomato sauce and fresh mozzarella round out the flavors for an unmistakable throw down.

Bolognese
Classic Italian ragu recipe. Rich and creamy Bison Bolognese melts into gooey fresh mozzarella for a pizza that is rich and delectable without being overwhelming. Our handmade Bolognese Ragu: bison, pork, cream, wine and rosemary.

Lamb
Indian Garam Masala spiced lamb, cherry tomatoes and red onion blend perfectly with the mild, slightly sweet, nutty flavor of Piave cheese to top off this marriage of Indian and Italian. Unexpected and a crowd pleaser.

Mushroom
French inspired. Minced Crimini mushrooms are sautéed in white wine, shallots and a touch of garlic until cooked perfectly. The broth is then simmered down for a beautilful, sophisticated sauce. Topped with fresh mozzarella and ricotta, then a drizzle of black truffle oil.

Pesto
A must for pesto lovers. Austin Pecan Pesto is made with bunches of basil, pecans and parmesan. Pecans add an earthy caramel flavor playing well with parmesan. Topped with a little fresh mozzarella this pizza is light yet rich.

il Bastardo
Our version of pepperoni style pizza uses an all natural Sopressata (Italian cured meat), organic crushed tomato sauce, fresh mozzarella and a smoked chili powder from Springdale Farm. This chili powder adds a medium heat and a gorgeous smoky flavor you'll love.

Savoir Faire
French for being adroit, we learned this version of know how with our friends at HausBar Farm. Roasted Fennel and Red Onion paired with Smoked Mozzarella. Simple toppings, complex flavor.

 

Bites: simple bite sized appetizers that are big on taste

Cherry Tomato
Juicy cherry tomatoes paired with fresh mozzarella and drizzled with aged balsamic vinegar. Simple and tasty. $2.00/bite

Peppadew
Sweet, tangy, slightly spicy Peppadew pepper bites with mild French goat cheese. Other cheese pairings that rock: Ricotta adds a creamy sweetness or Gorgonzola for pow. $2.00/bite

Proscuitto
Succulent Prosciutto wrapped around a bite of melon. Best when in season: cantaloupe, honey dew, Israeli or watermelon. $2.50/bite

 

Salads: served in recyclable bowls or buffet style

Caesar
Our infamous housemade Caesar dressing with romaine, parmesan and croutons. We stripped out all the unnecessary hoopla to bring you a Caesar with a creamy garlic base and zesty lemon finsh. Even your cousin who doesn't like salad will eat it. $4.00/guest

the Roots
A hearty salad with romaine, shredded beets and carrots, walnuts in a wild blueberry or pomegranate balsamic vinaigrette. Colorful on the plate, grown up on the palete. $5.00/guest
